That’s where the Sun Peaks Business Retreat really comes into its own. From ice breakers on day one, to help you build confidence and break down your barriers, to a full-day seminar with the awesome combination that is Katie McKay and Adrian Starks, as well as the added bonus of one-on-one fireside chats with them both before you leave, this retreat promises to have you feeling reinvigorated, refreshed, ready and rarin’ to go straight back to your business and conquering that summit like the successful business owner you already are.

This inaugural retreat takes place at the Sun Peaks Resort, near Kamloops, on the 4th, 5th and 6th June 2020.

A rundown of the retreat looks a little something like this…

You’ll arrive and check-in to the resort with plenty of time to explore the amenities and surrounding area before we gather together in the evening with all the other professionals for some ice-breaking exercises. We’ll focus on what it means to be a leader in your industry. We’ll help you break down the barriers that stop you from having the confidence that you need to do that, and grow forward in your business, as well as getting to know all the other guests taking part in the retreat, ready for the full day’s proceedings on day two.

The evening includes dinner provided by a private chef, as well as drinks, to help you totally relax into the weekend.

You’ll be provided with breakfast, snacks and lunch for the day.

Today you’ll be part of an all-day seminar, presented by both Katie McKay and Adrian Starks. Today is about reaching new and higher heights in your business, providing you with the tools and actionable steps to stand out and break down the walls that are preventing you from doing that.

In the evening, after the event, we’ll break for dinner which you can plan at your leisure. Afterward, Adrian and Katie will hold a Fireside Chat where you’ll be able to have an open discussion with them both on what you need in your business right now, as well as any specific strategies that you’d like going forward. You’ll leave with everything you need (both strategies and confidence) to get your business to that next level.

Your breakfast is included for the final day.

Again, Katie and Adrian will provide an optional, yet structured, Fireside Chat for those who would like to stay and develop more strategies for learning. This will officially end at 1pm where the rest of the day is yours to do what you wish with!

Adrian Starks is an international speaker, author, coach and the founder of Champion UP®. He shares the champion up movement with 16 years in the human development and achievement field, while earning a B.S. degree in Exercise Science. To overcome difficult challenges, Adrian discovered that to start winning in life, changes had to occur with a set system in place to help condition habits and behaviors for lasting change.

His mission is to help those feeling stuck, scared, lost or unfulfilled to create a life of meaning and fulfillment by offering courageous solutions of change to up-level creativity and make an impact in one’s world. This system was gathered from his years of experience in human development, customer service, team building, coaching and achievements in biomechanics/martial arts. Adrian knows how to inspire and educate audiences of all types and sizes to succeed more by performing within a system that conditions one for winning.
